Here is our Elsa dress, perfect for birthday parties, Elsa frozen theme parties, pageants, photo shootings and any other occasions for toddlers and girls. This charming Disney inspired Frozen Elsa costume is our own design and make, handmade with love using highest quality sequin fabric, satin, crystal tulle and greek tulle, with a built in petticoat. It is embellished with rhinestones and a snowflake shape brooch and has a long snowflake patterned glitter tulle cape. It has satin lining all over the bodice to prevent irritation to the sensitive skins. Its shirred elastic back enables comfortable fit.
The sizes 1t and 18 months don't have a built in hoop and made fluffy with extra tulle.
CAUTION: Since the snowflake patterns are glitter prints, some glitter can fall off as in the case of all types of glitter printed fabrics.

SIZING
We primarily make custom dresses and beside that we have our own standard sizes based on US Numeric standard sizes which are: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
The items are fitted cut and mostly non-stretchy so please make sure that you measure as below and compare with the sizing chart that you will find in the images of the item first:
1) Full height: From TOP OF HEAD to ground (NOT from shoulder)
2) Chest: Circumference under the armpits (It should be all the way around her chest, NOT from one armpit to the other) from the LARGEST PART of the chest
3) Belly (waist): Circumference across her belly button (from the LARGEST PART of her belly)
Please measure as precise as possible and don't add any extra room, otherwise the sizing will be wrong.
If none of the standard sizes fits well and you need it customized, please send me her photos showing the measurements on her (so that I can see whether they are taken the way I need) and remember to add a note that you want it adjusted (I don't take initiative to alter it myself unless I am specifically asked to).
Minor adjustments are free of charge but it may be subject to an extra charge if any of the measurements go beyond our standard sizes.

The items are made in and shipped from Turkey with international express couriers (DHL/FEDEX/UPS).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the dresses - handmade to order for special occasions - I don't accept returns. However, if the standard size dress you bought does not fit, I may accept exchanges within the terms stated in my shipping policy. In such a case you will have to send it back to Turkey and all the shipment costs both ways plus the Turkish customs charges will be paid by yourselves.
