Orders placed on WBOXGO are fully inclusive of Duties & Taxes for our customers in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada and the European Union for peace of mind.
Your order will be dispatched directly by each independent brand using WBOXGO delivery services; if you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.
An estimated delivery time for each brand shipment is provided in the checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery is usually made Monday-Friday.
Returns are free of charge on all orders worldwide for peace of mind. To start your free return, please visit our returns portal to download your label within 14 days. Visit our returns information page for more details or contact us for support at any time.

Duties & Taxes
For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the European Union, we include the cost of Duties & Taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional charges.
For customers anywhere else in the world, the price you pay at checkout will exclude import duties and sales taxes. Additional charges may apply when you receive your order.
Collect From Store
WBOXGO operates stores in AUSTİN Come and pay us a visit sometime! You can choose to collect your order at one of our locations by selecting this option at checkout. Please allow the normal delivery time for online orders collected in-store, as these will still usually need to be sent to the store by each independent brand. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection. Orders not collected within 14 days of notification will be cancelled and refunded.
The normal delivery fee will still apply for orders to be collected from the store as we still need to have the item delivered there. If you collect from our Los Angeles or New York stores, the collection is currently free for orders over $250.
For items collected in-store, you can try on the item in-store and return it immediately for any reason. Alternatively, our usual returns policies will apply for your order once collected from the store. You can also return other online orders to our stores by dropping off items in person, but do not post returns to our stores directly please.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem, we may be able to cancel the order with the independent brand before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
We cannot cancel an order if it has already been prepared, but in this case we do still offer a free returns service. Please visit our returns portal to start your free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
